Urban Trout operates a high-density, bio-secure Cold-Water Borewell Aquaculture Facility. To protect fish health and avoid disrupting feeding cycles, all farm visits are strictly controlled by our Farm Manager.
Unapproved walk-ins are strictly prohibited from entering the culture area. All visits must have an issued Email Pass.
Visitors must arrive strictly within their approved batch window so feeding schedules and oxygenation cycles remain undisturbed.
Every visitor must step on the antibacterial sanitizing foot mat before stepping onto the indoor culture floor.
Do not put hands, outside fish feeds, or any foreign objects into culture tanks under any circumstances.
Children must be held by hand at all times on paved walkways near deep culture tanks.
